baked spaghetti
6 oz spaghetti noodles - cooked and
drained
1 cup shredded Parmesean cheese
1 egg
1 cup cottage
cheese
Salt and pepper to taste (approximately 1/2 tsp each)
1 tsp dried
parsley flakes
1 jar Spaghetti sauce (your favorite)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
layer cooked noodles in a greased
13x9 baking pan.
Combine the parmesan cheese, egg, and cottage cheese,
salt and pepper and parsley flakes, and layer on top of the
spaghetti.
Finally pour out the spaghetti sauce on top of the cottage cheese
mixture.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until bubbly.
Serve with more parmesean cheese if
desired.
